This is Paint By Design’s current project.  Paint By Design had the pleasure of working with Jeff Scott and Ron Galli, owners of Prominent Building Group (www.prominentbuildinggroup.com).  We started the Real Life Christian Church and Academy on March 18, 2008.  The facility is approximately 90,000 square feet and features a state-of-the-art school.  The facilities will be ready and open by the middle of August.  For more information about Real Life, please visit www.getreallife.com.  We have applied over 4,200 gallons of primer and paint on the exterior and interior of the building.  Some of the interior rooms in the church feature accent walls and walls with various designs.  We are very proud of how this project has turned out.  For more information or a free estimate, please call (407) 415-4316.

Clermont Florida Commercial IHOP Painting Project:

We were excited to paint the new IHOP on Hwy 27 and Steve’s Road in Clermont.  We enjoyed working on the project and my family and I enjoy eating there regularly. If you are in the area stop by for some breakfast and take a look at the professional commercial painting job that we just finished.

This house is approximately 13,400 square feet.  There is over 7,000 linear feet of stained and varnished wood on the exterior covering the soffit, cupolas and porte cochere throughout the house.  We are 99% complete with the exterior painting.  We have used over 80 gallons of Benjamin Moore MoorGuard exterior paint so far.  We have primed the interior and we are currently waiting for the carpenters to finish with all the trim (i.e., baseboards, crown moulding) and doors.  The carpenters started in March and are expected to finish the first week of September for a total of six and a half months.  We will be updating this site as work progresses on the house.  If you have any questions or would like further information, please call (407) 415-4316.
